This list will feature my ratings & comments on the hotels which I have stayed before.
- Diamond City Hotel (Bangkok, Thailand)
Moi Rating: 3/5 Stars.
Location is ok (but quiet @ nite) with many foodstalls & convenience stores nearby. 10 mins walk to BTS Station & near to major shopping areas. Customer svc. is good. Rooms are clean & tidy. Got fridge & wifi. No cable TV & safe box.
- Royal Castle Hotel (Taipei, Taiwan)
Moi Rating: 3.5/5 Stars.
The location is good with many food & convenience stores nearby. Also near to MRT Station & Xi Men Ding. Excellent customer svc. Rooms are quite small but clean & tidy. Got fridge but no safe box. Hot & cold water dispenser (meant for drinking) is available inside the hotel room. Pillows are rather uncomfortable.
- YMCA International House (Hong Kong)
Moi Rating: 3.5/5 Stars.
The room is well-furnished, clean & tidy. Good customer service. Safe box & mini fridge are provided in the room. It is strategically located near to Ladies, Fa Yuen & Temple Street. Also, very near to MTR station & a 7-11 store.
- YongPyong Hotel @ YongPyong Dragon Valley Ski Resort (Korea)
Moi Rating: 3.5/5 Stars.
The room is well furnished with safe box, mini fridge. Location is Ok since it is near to the ski mountain and shops. The ski mountain over there are of world class standard. Various slope gradient. Good customer svc too.
- Lotte Hotel (Jeju, Korea)
Moi Rating: 4/5 Stars.
The rooms are big with arm chair and sofa. The nice balcony,toilet, high tech toilet bowl & casino value added the hotel. Customer svc is good. Have a small outside theme park. Location is not so good. K Drama “All In” filming site.
- Riviera Hotel (Seoul, Korea)
Moi Rating: 3.5/5 Stars.
The room is well furnished, clean & tidy. Comfortable pillows. Nice toilet & high tech toilet bowl. Windows cannot open. Only can open a small gap below it. Customer svc is a letdown. Not much shops in the suroundings but near MRT.
- Pacific Hotel (Jeju, Korea)
Moi Rating: 2/5 Stars.
The room is furnished with japanese Tatami style. Lighting is abit dim. Small balcony & toilet. The bath tub is dirty with all the stained marks. Curtain is dirty with stains too. Door knob abit damaged. Located near shopping street.
- The Grand Hotel, (Daegu, Korea)
Moi Ratings: 3.5/5 Stars.
The room is well furnished, clean & tidy. It is located in the central business district. Hence, not so ideal for ppl looking for shopping.
- Palace Hotel (Seoul, Korea)
Moi Rating: 3/5 Stars.
The room is well-furnished, clean & tidy. The room looks abit old. Their customer svc is good. Location of the hotel is OK too since it is near to 24 hrs supermart and shops.
- Asia Hotel Bangkok (Bangkok, Thailand)
Moi Rating: 3.5/5 Stars.
The room was decently furnished and clean. Location of the hotel was very good and it is connected to a BTS station. Safe box and mini-fridge can be found in the room. Food and customer svc is good. It has 2 swimming pools.
- Rendezvous Hotel (Singapore)
Moi Rating: 3.5/5 Stars.
The room is well-furnished, clean & tidy. The food is nice. Their customer svc is abv satisfactory. However, the location is not so accessible ‘cos it is not near to MRT statn. Also, the hotel doesn’t look as pro as its name.
- Blue Coral Resort (Lang Tengah Island, Malaysia)
Moi Rating: 3/5 Stars.
The resort has a very nice beach with plenty of blue coral in its waterfront. The room was considered to be decently furnished for a resort. However, the food was bad. The resort is very peaceful and customer svc is good.
- Yin Yue Wan Hotel (Shanghai, China)
Moi Rating: 1/5 Stars.
Its location was a disappointment. It is not near to any shopping centre or street. The food is acceptable but was very oily and salty. The room was poorly furnished.
- Hotel Malaya (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
Moi Rating: 3/5 Stars.
It is decently furnished and clean. As for the location, it is located in Jalan Petaling (Chinatown). Their hotel customer svc was satisfactory.
- Hotel Capitol (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
Moi Rating: 3.5/5 Stars.
It is well-furnished,clean, tidy and accessible.The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, adjacent to major shopping complexes and entertainment centres.
- Resort hotel (Genting Highlands, Malaysia)
Moi Rating: 3/5 Stars.
It has a very good location with a Coffee Bean cafe on the ground floor. Room is old but is big & well furnished. Its connected to the cable car station as well as the Casino and Arcade. Shopping mall & KFC can be found there.
